Key Responsibilities:
- Source, engage, and attract passive world-class engineering and scientific talent.
- Help design and optimize sourcing workflows, tools, and talent pools for long-term scale.
- Act as a first point of contact delivering an exceptional high-touch candidate experience.
Ideal Experience:
- 5+ years of elite technical sourcing experience with deep-tech, hardware, or advanced R&D teams.
- Proven track record of finding 'purple squirrels' using advanced Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Deep understanding of hardware/physics engineering, including magnetics, cryogenics, power electronics.
Systems Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency with ATS; direct experience with Lever is a strong plus.
- Experience with SharePoint and Slack is a plus.
