About the Role:
- As the Program Launch Manager, you'll sit at the center of the FRO lifecycle, turning ambitious scientific projects into functioning organizations.
- You'll manage launch plans, build systems, and support founders and teams through the launch process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FRO launches by owning day-to-day coordination and building launch plans from proposal approval through early execution.
- Run founder programs, including residencies and open calls, from planning to closeout, and provide high-touch support to participants.
- Act as a trusted partner to FRO founders, helping them navigate operational decisions and governance expectations.
