Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 5-6 Account Executives through weekly 1:1s, deal strategy reviews, and performance management focused on retention and expansion KPIs.
  • Oversee operational excellence by standardizing the account management playbook, managing the revenue pipeline in Salesforce, and ensuring accurate forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • You are proficient in Salesforce, familiar with enterprise sales frameworks, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
