Role & Responsibilities:
- Act as a public brand ambassador, managing comments, DMs, and reviews with professional clarity.
- Solve complex problems independently, investigating shipment delays or discount code issues.
- Connect with customers across cultures, navigating sensitive conversations to maintain community support.
Work Details:
- Freelance remote position requiring at least 20 hours per week, with flexibility up to 40 hours during peak seasons.
- Work weekends and holidays when full-time team is offline, generally in 4-hour shifts.
- Use tools like Zendesk, Sprout Social, and Shopify to maintain sharp response times and high quality scores.
