Project Coordinator (Accounting)

About the role:

• This is a launchpad role for an early-career accounting grad who likes organization and numbers.
• You'll keep consulting engagements on track and on-budget, managing schedules and billing.
• You'll sit at the intersection of delivery and finance and work alongside senior consultants.

What you'll do:

• Keep engagements on track by building and maintaining project schedules and tracking milestones.
• Track consultant time, resourcing, and utilization across engagements.
• Support billing and finance by preparing time-and-expense entries and assisting with invoicing.

What you'll bring:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or a closely related field.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfort with numbers and spreadsheets (Excel) and clear communication.
