Senior Partner Relations Liaison (CMS Healthcare Fraud Prevention)

About the Role:

• Support a national healthcare fraud prevention initiative as a fully remote Senior Partner Relations Liaison.
• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of healthcare partners, ensuring they understand and benefit from program resources.

Accountabilities:

• Establish and maintain regular communication with partners, capturing feedback and engaging them in fraud analytics discussions.
• Assist with partner onboarding, data-sharing agreements, and resolution of participation issues.
• Coordinate fraud prevention events, outreach, and program activities while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or criminal justice, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years in customer service, partner relations, or similar stakeholder-facing roles, plus 5 years in healthcare investigations.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, healthcare claims, and fraud prevention processes, with expert Microsoft Office skills.
