Responsibilities:

• Stand up a scalable value measurement system transitioning from analyses to measurement framework.
• Define defensible metrics across core impact areas with clear calculation logic.
• Support readiness for performance-based contracts and build the models.

Requirements:

• You have 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or implementation consulting.
• You have a track record of building repeatable measurement systems from scratch.
• You bring direct people management experience and are energized by the player-coach dynamic.
