Responsibilities:
- Handles customer communication via calls, texts, emails, and chats.
- Makes outbound calls to follow up on sales leads and close sales.
- Efficiently enters and processes orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Must have or acquire automotive knowledge in all supported vehicles.
- Excellent sales ability and some product knowledge or ability to learn.
- Proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet skills.
