Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive post-sales transformation by aligning ServiceNow capabilities to documented business outcomes and multi-year roadmaps.
  • Build and sustain deep trust with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, acting as the primary CEG executive relationship holder.
  • Accelerate platform adoption and value realization by defining and executing AI and platform adoption plans.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in enterprise technology, management consulting, or senior client-facing roles focused on technology-enabled business transformation.
  • Demonstrated ServiceNow platform experience or deep expertise in an equivalent enterprise platform.
  • Pre- and post-sales experience with the ability to drive adoption, renewal, and expansion across the full customer lifecycle.
