Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Business Development: Identify and pursue new workforce solutions opportunities with enterprise organizations.
- Enterprise Business Development: Build relationships with CHROs, Heads of Talent Acquisition, HR Operations leaders, and business executives.
- Enterprise Business Development: Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
Solution Development:
- Solution Development: Work with internal recruiting and operations teams to design customized workforce solutions.
- Solution Development: Structure programs including Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), embedded recruiting, and talent operations support.
- Solution Development: Define engagement models, pricing structures, and delivery frameworks.
Required Experience:
- Required Experience: Proven experience selling enterprise services such as RPO, embedded recruiting, staffing, or workforce outsourcing.
- Required Experience: Demonstrated success closing $500K–$2M+ services deals.
- Required Experience: Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
