ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Orchestrate the strategic distribution of technical and non-technical staff.
- Serve as the primary architect for resource distribution.
- Balance complex scheduling demands with financial accuracy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the end-to-end scheduling for a diverse pool of workers.
- Partner with the Global Training & Standards team to facilitate hiring.
- Standardize best practices and feedback loops.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Proven experience in resource coordination or large-scale scheduling.
- Confidence in navigating relationships with high-tier stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
