About the Role:
- Own the operational backbone of a large, two-region account, giving the Account Director more strategic altitude.
- Turn a high volume of daily activity into clear, synthesized signal rather than simply tracking tasks and deadlines.
- Free up capacity for strategic client leadership and reduce risk of dropped priorities across a 10-person, two-region team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with day-to-day client stakeholders and maintain first-hand fluency in both US and International workstreams.
- Review deliverables performing QA to ensure everything sent to clients aligns with overall account strategy.
- Deliver a weekly synthesized pulse to the Account Director on what moved and what's at risk relative to KPIs.
