Program Development & Management:
- Lead end-to-end project management for key People Team initiatives, including annual engagement survey, monthly pulse checks, and performance review cycles.
- Partner with the Sr. Director of People Analytics to evaluate program efficacy using data-driven insights and employee feedback.
Communications Strategy:
- Collaborate with the Chief People Officer and People Team Leadership to design clear, cohesive communication strategies across the organization.
- Maintain the Atlas Manager Hub with SOPs, toolkits, and resources; co-design and facilitate Manager Roundtables.
Strategy Planning & Execution:
- Establish and maintain the annual People Strategy Roadmap, defining KPIs and tracking milestones.
- Lead quarterly strategy review sessions and drive alignment during annual planning cycles.
