Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end project and program management for key People initiatives, including annual engagement surveys, monthly pulse checks, and performance reviews.
- Partner with People Operations, Analytics, and other stakeholders to ensure talent programs are delivered effectively and on schedule.
- Evaluate program effectiveness using employee feedback, survey results, and data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; 5+ years HR experience with program/project management.
- Strong project management skills, including defining milestones, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with storytelling ability and strategic thinking.
