Leadership Talent Acquisition Partner

About the Role:

• The Leadership Talent Acquisition Partner leads full-cycle recruitment for leadership, clinical, and sales roles across multiple states.
• This role works closely with the VP of Talent and regional operators to build proactive pipelines.
• We focus on reducing time-to-fill and ensuring every agency has the leadership, clinical capacity, and sales coverage needed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for agency leadership roles and Hospice Care Consultant sales roles.
• Build and maintain proactive, hospice-specific leadership pipelines and talent maps.
• Source passive candidates through targeted outreach, industry networks, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across leadership, clinical, and/or sales roles.
• Experience recruiting within hospice with a network of hospice leadership.
• Comfortable recruiting across distinct hiring profiles and tailoring approach.
