Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and chats, averaging 30–35 interactions daily.
- Provide single call resolution and handling escalations to the best of your ability.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards through call quality.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced, service-related role.
- Ability to type 40+ WPM for phones and 45+ for chat is required.
