About the Role:
- Support TVP customers across multiple brands with clear, empathetic responses.
- Handle refunds, returns, order updates, and inventory adjustments.
- Work U.S. shift hours from a remote setup in India.
What You Have:
- At least two years in customer support, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and hands-on Shopify experience.
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills.
Work Details:
- Compensation is 7-9 LPA depending on experience.
- You will work U.S. shift hours (non-negotiable).
- This is a fully remote role based in India.
