Your Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Thoughtfully coaching and empowering Kin Sales Agents.
  • Providing data reporting and analysis of team sales performance.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years managing Sales Agents.
  • An active Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) license.
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Shift & Training Requirements:
