Responsibilities:

• Manage client inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls within set SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide excellent customer support by identifying needs and solving tasks with an individual approach.
• Liaise with internal teams to find solutions to complex inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Financial markets and industry knowledge, previous brokerage/investment experience.
• Strong client-focused service skills and understanding of basic technical principles.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
