Sales Support Representative SLED

Responsibilities:

• Provides support to Account Manager and customers during the order fulfillment process.
• Handles incoming calls and assists on calls when needed.
• Places orders for the Account Manager.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Organized with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
