Senior Manager, Mid-Market Sales

Wrapbook is looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Sales Manager to lead our Mid-Market sales team focused on Film and TV production companies. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will drive revenue growth, support a team of AEs through complex sales cycles, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape how we go to market in the entertainment industry. You’ll play a key role in driving Wrapbook’s continued growth, working directly with prospective clients to modernize how they manage production payroll and accounting. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives. Own revenue performance by driving accurate forecasting, meeting or exceeding quota, and ensuring consistent deal flow throughout the quarter. Actively support day-to-day deal execution by joining calls, guiding strategy, and serving as executive sponsor in key meetings. Build and optimize outbound and ABM strategies in partnership with Marketing and Business Development.
