Junior IT Administrator

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Provision and de-provision accounts across the SaaS stack for every new hire and departure, ensuring repeatable onboarding and complete offboarding.
• Manage the full device lifecycle: hardware ordering, MDM enrollment, international logistics, maintenance, and responsible recycling.
• Enforce endpoint security policies, including disk encryption, activation lock, and device compliance checks.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 0–2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a technical helpdesk role.
• Hands-on comfort with device management tools and Google Workspace admin console.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent tickets without losing track.
