Position Summary:

  • The Neuroscience Sales Specialist is responsible for achieving sales goals within the assigned territory by building strong customer relationships and delivering compliant product education.
  • This role requires expertise in neuroscience, deep knowledge of the local healthcare landscape, and the ability to partner effectively with healthcare professionals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Promote Acadia products to HCPs in person and virtually, providing clinical, disease state, and reimbursement information in a compliant manner.
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to meet or exceed sales objectives, leveraging market data and customer insights.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, key opinion leaders, and other healthcare stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, with emphasis in life sciences preferred; 3+ years of sales experience with at least 1 year in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Proven success in influencing diverse HCP audiences and strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
