- Own the vision and roadmap for all four web domains (Employ, JazzHR, Lever, Jobvite).
- Align web strategy to business goals, buyer journeys, and pipeline targets.
- Ensure continuous optimization across the web ecosystem.
Conversion Rate Optimization & Organic Growth:
- Drive a rigorous, data-driven approach to improving conversion across the funnel.
- Own organic growth strategy including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and AI-driven search (GEO, AEO).
- Build and scale a culture of A/B and multivariate testing.
Team & Agency Management:
- Manage internal teams and external agencies across SEO/GEO and digital marketing.
- Set strategy, evaluate performance, and ensure accountability against business outcomes.
- Oversee web development and technical execution for scalability and best practices.
