Role Overview:

  • As a Solution Expert, you will support strategic customers in the RUN phase by acting as a trusted advisor on complex use cases.
  • You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to analyze advanced client needs and translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own a portfolio of 10 enterprise clients and lead up to 30 active projects simultaneously.
