About the Role:
- High-ownership field sales role focused on an AI-powered dynamic pricing solution.
- Own a defined territory from prospecting through closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and manage pipeline with outbound activity.
- Develop relationships with property management owners and CEOs.
- Create tailored business cases and attend industry events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in revenue management or property management software sales.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Self-directed with ability to build processes in a new function.
Benefits:
- Base salary of $60,000–$70,000 with uncapped OTE.
