Role Overview:
- Own end-to-end logistics and project management for donor events and community activations.
- Serve as operational backbone for the Advancement team, freeing fundraisers to focus on relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor contracts, venue coordination, catering, and AV from contracting to close.
- Develop run-of-show documents, production schedules, and budget trackers.
- Coordinate RSVPs, guest communications, and attendee management.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience managing events from concept to execution.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
