Role and Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue in an assigned territory by growing existing accounts and acquiring new mid-market AEC customers.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan, managing the full sales cycle from discovery to early onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Customer Success and Marketing to accelerate customer outcomes and maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce.

Work Environment and Tools:

  • Operate fully remotely in the US with up to 50% travel for client meetings, site visits, and events, primarily domestic with some Canada trips.
  • Regularly use AI tools such as Gong AI and Glean for call reviews, follow-ups, and research to refine sales performance.
  • Balance remote work with field time, leveraging a flexible schedule aligned with customer needs and Central/Eastern Time Zones.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Possess 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, preferably within the AEC or construction technology sector.
  • Demonstrate strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to navigate complex accounts and build executive relationships.
  • Be proficient with Salesforce and outreach tools, willing to adopt AI-powered platforms and obtain a USA Part 107 drone license within 90 days of hire.
