Job Description
Define, plan, and execute strategic programs within Fund Administration, including system implementations, process re-engineering, regulatory initiatives, and product enhancements. Operate autonomously, managing complex programs end-to-end without relying on a dedicated team to execute deliverables. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across operations, technology, product, legal, compliance, and client-facing teams to gather requirements, define scope, and align on goals. Build strong cross-functional relationships by understanding organizational structure, key stakeholders, and broader business objectives. Demonstrate a strong bias for action and implement improvements. Lead implementation and integration of fund administration systems. Develop and lead change management strategies to support adoption of new systems. Provide regular updates on program status to stakeholders.
