Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email in an inbound/outbound service center.
  • Open, maintain, and resolve Customer Care tickets, recording issues and account information.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying experience, determining causes, and selecting best solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience, ideally in the automotive industry.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills, empathy, and active listening.
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of experience.

Hours & Shifts:

  • Center hours: Sunday 10am-5pm, Monday-Friday 7am-7pm, Saturday 9am-5pm ET.
  • 40-hour workweek with overtime available; weekend shifts rotated.
