Learning and Development Specialist

Role Overview:

• This is a pro-bono unpaid volunteer position under the Head of Human Capital.
• The Learning & Development Specialist will plan, organize, and manage training for all volunteers.
• Projects include recruitment workflow training, tools training, and partnering with operational leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and improve training guides and manuals for various disciplines.
• Assess training needs and recommend new opportunities for organizational improvement.
• Create and implement a methodology to evaluate training results.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience with virtual learning approaches and training program design.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• 2+ years in Human Resources with a specialty in training and development.
• Resourceful, creative, reliable, and accountable for achieving results.
