Role Overview:
- This is a pro-bono unpaid volunteer position under the Head of Human Capital.
- The Learning & Development Specialist will plan, organize, and manage training for all volunteers.
- Projects include recruitment workflow training, tools training, and partnering with operational leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and improve training guides and manuals for various disciplines.
- Assess training needs and recommend new opportunities for organizational improvement.
- Create and implement a methodology to evaluate training results.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with virtual learning approaches and training program design.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- 2+ years in Human Resources with a specialty in training and development.
- Resourceful, creative, reliable, and accountable for achieving results.
