What you’ll do as a Founding AE:
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for downmarket accounts across LatAm.
- Build and execute outbound strategies to generate pipeline.
- Define and communicate Vanta's benefits, including demos in Spanish.
How to be successful in this role:
- Full native fluency in Spanish, with Portuguese a plus.
- 5+ years of full-cycle closing experience, including high-velocity sales.
- Proven ability to self-source pipeline through outbound prospecting.
