Purpose:

  • Provides high-level administrative and strategic support to enable the CEO to focus on organizational leadership and key initiatives.
  • Ensures seamless executive operations by managing communications, schedules, confidential matters, and Board governance activities.
  • Serves as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors, coordinating meetings, agendas, materials, and governance documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the Executive Administration and Board Governance function, establishing strategy, service standards, and operating practices.
  • Directs Board and committee operations, including governance calendars, annual planning cycles, and meeting effectiveness.
  • Partners with the CEO and executive leadership team to advance organizational priorities and coordinate enterprise initiatives.
  • Oversees executive operations and governance processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, with a minimum of seven years' experience providing executive-level support to C-suite leaders.
  • Proven track record in managing complex calendars, confidential communications, and high-level meetings for senior executives.
  • At least three years of leadership experience, with responsibility for providing direction and guidance to a team.
