Provide production support for US Regional Applications, ensuring continuous monitoring and SLA compliance.
Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing server and application logs.
Use Splunk and Dynatrace to proactively identify issues and accelerate incident resolution.

Required Skills:

Advanced knowledge of Oracle Database and strong SQL (DDL, DML, joins, aggregates, CASE).
Experience with Linux-based infrastructure and cloud services.
Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub, and ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, RFC).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting business-critical production applications.
Knowledge of CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines.
Proactive application monitoring and incident prevention skills.
