About the Role:

  • Lead investigation of complex, multi-service incidents during IST hours.
  • Own India bank client coverage and communication.
  • Mentor the junior analyst and manage shift handoffs.

Technology Environment:

  • GCP Cloud Logging and Cloud Monitoring for tracing.
  • MySQL for investigation queries.
  • Python/Bash for automation support.

What You'll Own:

  • Incident investigation and triage.
  • Client coverage and communication.
  • Shift handoff and global coordination.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years in application support or similar.
  • Strong MySQL and GCP experience.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
