Role Description:

  • Grow the network of oncology practice partners.
  • Evangelize and educate prospective partners about the Atlas Care Model.
  • Own the end-to-end partnership process, including sourcing leads, qualifying partners, and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the provider partner business development process.
  • Network to establish long term relationships with oncology practices.
  • Work cross-functionally with product and operations teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of healthcare experience in provider growth, partnerships, and/or strategy.
  • Deep understanding of value-based care and provider friction points.
