Accountabilities:
- Create and manage PNRs in Sabre, price itineraries, and issue tickets with correct fare rules.
- Process exchanges, refunds, voids, and perform quality checks on ticket documentation.
- Monitor Sabre queues and collaborate with teams to coordinate urgent requests.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Sabre GDS experience in a travel agency or airline setting.
- Proven ability to independently create PNRs, issue tickets, and process exchanges and refunds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
