Responsibilities:
- Book and exchange air records, hotels, cars, private car services, and buses to fit client needs.
- Invoice for group hotels and buses during off-peak times.
- Multitask by taking incoming calls and emails while completing tasks promptly.
Qualifications:
- Strong client-service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management, ability to work independently and as a team player.
- 3+ years of GDS experience preferred; knowledge of travel systems like Concur.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate between $18.75 and $25.00, commensurate with experience.
