Job Description
The Director, Transient Sales will lead strategic initiatives to drive transient business performance for Fairmont Southampton, overseeing the development, execution, and optimization of sales strategies targeting the leisure transient segment, including Luxury Consortia, Travel Advisors, OTAs, and Wholesale partners. The role requires developing and implementing strategic transient sales plans to maximize revenue and market share, building relationships with key luxury consortia, travel advisors, and OTA partners, and leading a team to achieve revenue goals. The position requires experience in transient or leisure sales within the luxury hospitality industry and a strong commercial acumen with a sales-first mindset.
