What You’ll Do:

  • Lead customer kickoff calls and alignment meetings.
  • Take ownership of the technical provisioning process.
  • Act as the primary driver of execution during the launch process.

Customer Enablement & Training Delivery:

  • Lead 'MSP Champion Training' sessions and host interactive webinars.
  • Partner with the AI Adoption team through a train-the-trainer model.
  • Provide guidance to Junior Customer Success team members.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Escalate technical defects to the Technical Support Engineering team.
  • Share customer feedback with the AI Adoption and Product teams.
