What You’ll Do:
- Lead customer kickoff calls and alignment meetings.
- Take ownership of the technical provisioning process.
- Act as the primary driver of execution during the launch process.
Customer Enablement & Training Delivery:
- Lead 'MSP Champion Training' sessions and host interactive webinars.
- Partner with the AI Adoption team through a train-the-trainer model.
- Provide guidance to Junior Customer Success team members.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Escalate technical defects to the Technical Support Engineering team.
- Share customer feedback with the AI Adoption and Product teams.
