What you'll do:
- Design the systems to recruit, onboard, equip, and manage coaches as the team scales.
- Own the data behind coaching so leadership can make confident staffing and program decisions.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years in operations, project management, or consulting, ideally in a fast-moving environment.
- You automate, template, or eliminate repetitive work and use data strategically.
