**About the Role:**
- Lead and mentor a team of Onboarding Operations Specialists.
- Own performance metrics and act as an escalation point for complex issues.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Continuously improve onboarding processes using data and AI.
- Drive adoption of new tools and ensure compliance.
- Partner with technical teams to implement scalable solutions.
**Requirements:**
- Demonstrated people-management experience in high-volume operations.
- Strong operational judgement and stakeholder management.
- Comfort with AI and automation tools, plus data-driven decision making.
