Technical Consultant

About the Role:

• Help customers adopt Camunda successfully post sales by coaching engineers and architects.
• Lead implementations, helping with architecture decisions, and unblocking teams so they can deliver real outcomes fast.
• Work remotely from EMEA with occasional travel, collaborating closely with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support.

What you'll be doing:

• Conduct hands-on consulting sessions and workshops that focus on Process Modeling, Process Automation applications with Camunda, Software Engineering and Architecture for our customers and partners.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solution designs
• Implement workflows, integrations, data models, automations or configurations using Camunda's capabilities.

What you bring:

• Ability and willingness to build expertise about our product and related cloud native technologies.
• Strong technical analytical skills and the ability to explain complex problems in easy-to-understand words.
• Technical Hands-on attitude and a high level of self-motivation to deep-dive into scenarios you may not be super familiar with.
