Position Summary:

  • Dedicated to building meaningful relationships with our Hanna customers.
  • Serve as trusted advisors, offering personalized advice and sharing their expertise.
  • Work closely with each customer to process orders and create unforgettable, tailored experiences.

Essential Duties:

  • Acquires and builds a customer base primarily through forming relationships with new customers.
  • Ability to strategize own business and be self-motivated; takes initiative to increase productivity.
  • Provides helpful information about merchandise, upcoming events, special promotions, policies, and services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum four (4) years of demonstrable experience as a personal shopper, stylist, or as a retail employee or manager.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion, keeping up with trends and a knack for styling children's clothing.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of word processing, databases, spreadsheets, e-mail, and internet software.
