Job Description
Support the operational success of Caylent’s Learning & Development program by providing coordination, task management, and tracking for initiatives designed under the Learning & Development department. This role will help bring strategic visions to life by ensuring L&D efforts stay on track, are well-documented, and meet the evolving needs of a fast growing organization.
As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you will: Organize and track task progress and timelines for L&D programs (Consulting Skills training, Career Track rollouts, AI training, etc.). Maintain and update L&D documents, trackers, and Notion pages. Coordinate communication and logistics for learning initiatives across multiple departments. Manage learner rosters, survey results, and feedback documentation. Follow up with stakeholders on action items, deadlines, and resource contributions. Organize information in a clear and structured way to maintain program momentum. Support the Senior L&D Manager as needed.
