About the Role:

• As a first line IT Service Desk Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering a seamless customer experience.
• You'll handle incidents and requests in line with SLAs and KPIs, ensuring high standards are met.

Key Requirements:

• Previous demonstrable experience in a busy environment with a passion for customer service.
• Understanding of MS 365, Entra, and Active Directory is desirable.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
