Core Responsibilities:
- Partner with Operations VP to connect people strategy to business outcomes.
- Manage talent development and employee relations in a multi-site environment.
- Use data to identify trends and drive retention actions.
What You'll Own:
- Retention efforts and leadership bench strength in your market.
- Employee relations matters with focus on root cause and consistency.
- Execution of core HR processes including performance management.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of HR Business Partner experience in a multi-site field environment.
- Strong employee relations and business acumen.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
