Your responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, develop project plans, and track milestones.
- Facilitate onboarding activities, configuration workshops, and tailored training sessions.
- Advise customers on workflow design and change management to drive adoption.
What you bring:
- 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS implementation experience, with 2+ years in technical implementation.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple customer implementations.
- Excellent communication and consultative mindset, with comfort in engaging senior stakeholders.
What we offer:
- Base salary of £64,000–£70,000 GBP with flexible working hours and remote support.
