Partner Operations & Order Management:
- Act as the first point of contact for our resell and MSP partners.
- Manage and distribute all incoming Purchase Orders (POs) to the correct teams.
- Own the quote-to-order process for small orders.
Sales Support & Partner Nurturing:
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to partners and customers.
- Serve as a key point of contact for both partners and customers.
- Assist the channel team by helping to coordinate new partner onboarding logistics.
Data & Systems Management:
- Take ownership of partner data in our CRM (Salesforce).
- Act as a "hub" between the channel team and other internal departments.
- Execute sales operations for New smaller MSP’s.
