As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across quant trading and research roles. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle for quant traders, quant researchers, and related roles. You will also partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics. Proactively source high-caliber candidates through your network, headhunting, events, and online platforms. Manage pipelines, conduct initial screens, and coordinate technical assessments and interviews.
